Crystal Matthews, LIMHP, LADC

Crystal received a Master's degree in Community Counseling from Wayne State College. She has been providing counseling services since 2008 and has worked in the human services field since 2003. She is licensed as an Independent Mental Health Practitioner and Alcohol and Drug Counselor in the state of Nebraska. Crystal has experience working with individuals who have experienced and perpetrated domestic abuse and has been trained in the Duluth Model approach to domestic abuse. She also has experience working with individuals with anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment issues, and substance use issues. She is also a Nebraska Registered Provider with the Criminal Justice System. Crystal uses practical approaches based on research to help individuals reach their full potential.​

Laura Krieger, PLMHP, PMSW

Laura received her Master's in Social Work from University of Nebraska at Omaha. She completed her practicum experience in a school setting with ESU2. While there, she gained experience working with children kindergarten through high school. She is passionate about helping people heal from trauma and gain new skills. Laura is trained in Trauma-Focused CBT and Expressive Arts Therapy. She is a Nebraska Registered Provider with the Criminal Justice System.

Melissa Griffin, LIMHP, LADC

Melissa received a Masters in Community Counseling from University of Nebraska-Kearney.  She has been providing therapy services since 2009.  She is the owner/clinical director of Mental & Behavioral Health.  She is licensed as an Independent Mental Health Practitioner, Licensed Mental Health Practitioner and an Alcohol and Drug Counselor. Melissa has experience with co-occurring disorders, complex trauma, depression, and severe and persistent mental health issues.  She is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Therapy.  She is also a Nebraska Registered Provider with the Criminal Justice System.
